MILICE Etna Rosso DOC 2019 is a wine of great elegance, produced from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on ancient, centuries-old vines located on a steep volcanic cone of Mount Ilice, with a slope of up to 65 percent. Manual harvesting, carried out between the second and third week of October, testifies to the care and attention put into each stage of production. After vinification with maceration on the skins, this Etna Rosso is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, and then for 12 months in steel and bottle, to achieve perfect balance.

Cantine di Nessuno is a winery located on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. Born from the blend of tradition and innovation, the winery stands out for its approach to heroic viticulture, characterized by low-yield vineyards and high production costs. The vineyards are situated on the southeast side of Etna, in Trecastagni, at an altitude ranging from 600 to 800 meters above sea level. Production takes place in an ancient “palmento,” preserving Sicilian winemaking tradition. The wines produced reflect the purity and naturalness of the Etna territory, offering a unique sensory experience.
