Description of the Estate:
Lassolle is a small 9-hectare estate located in southwest France, between Sauternes and the Graves vineyards in Bordeaux. This unique project is the result of a great friendship and a shared vision. StƩphanie, a young winemaker and owner of the estate, manages a vineyard with long-lived plants, some of them more than 100 years old, following biodynamic principles.
In 2015, StƩphanie came into contact with a group of Danish friends who, during an annual wine tour in France, decided to join her on a wine adventure. Thus was born the Lassolle Collective, a project based on trust and long-distance cooperation. Danish partners support the Domaine financially and offer expertise in marketing and commercialization.
StƩphanie works her vineyards exclusively with the help of horses and uses amphorae for fermentation, devoting herself with passion and attention to each step of the production process. His dedication to sustainability and respect for the environment are at the heart of producing unique, planet-friendly wines.
Tasting Notes:
Lassolle Vin de France Little ADN Blanc stands out for its freshness and complexity. Maceration with the skins and aging in terracotta amphorae give the wine delicate aromatic notes and an elegant structure. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes and light cuisine.
