Chile offers an endless variety of ideal conditions for wine production. The unique geological features, altitude and climate combine to create a unique environment for viticulture. The Las Condes winery, founded in the late 1990s, exploits these unique variables to produce wines of excellence.
With 600 hectares of land, Las Condes is one of the largest wineries in Chile. Environmental awareness is paramount, and since 2012 the winery has embraced organic farming for all its vineyards.
The plots, which differ in latitude, climate, altitude and geology, offer a diverse range of terroirs. Cooler areas, such as Casablanca, are dedicated to growing whites, while more temperate regions, such as Colchagua, are ideal for red varieties, such as Carmenère.
The grape varieties cultivated by Veramonte embrace both classic international and native varieties, such as Carmenère, which reflects the authenticity and tradition of Chile.

Artisan Vinification: Manual harvesting takes place when the grapes reach perfect ripeness. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where the grapes macerate for at least two weeks. The wine then ages for at least 12 months in French oak barrels. After blending and bottling, the wine rests in the cellar before being ready for market.
Sensory Experience: Charming ruby red in color, Carmenere Las Condes offers delicate aromas of red fruits such as cherry, blueberry and blackberry on the nose, accompanied by notes of sweet spices and hints of leather. In the mouth it is well-structured, harmonious and fresh, with perfectly integrated velvety tannins. The long, lingering finish leaves an unforgettable impression.
Recommended pairings: This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and pasta with meat sauces. Don’t miss the experience of tasting it with a succulent roast chicken.
