Chiarandà 2021 shows a straw-yellow color. The bouquet is intense and complex, with citrus notes followed by nuances of aromatic herbs, delicate hints of toasted hazelnut and vanilla given by long aging. In the mouth it is broad and structured, with a pleasant savory and mineral texture. A long-lasting, nuanced white with great aging potential.

• Production area: Southwestern Sicily, Contessa Entellina estate and neighboring territories
• Aging: Fermentation took place at a temperature of 16-18°C mainly in French oak barrels and partly in cement or steel tanks, and aging followed in the same for 7 months, on noble lees. Aging continued in bottle for at least 14 months before marketing.
