Terroir: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc from 27 certified organic vineyards.

Production Process:

• Washing and drying of each individual cluster.
• Fermentation: 5 months in oak barrels.
• Maturation on yeasts: 48 months on average.
• Sulfites: Total sulfur dioxide less than 51 milligrams/liter.
• Dosage: Extra Brut.
• Alcohol content: 12.8 percent vol.
