InSoglio del Cinghiale takes its name from the place where the wild boar likes to root, a characteristic that reflects the local fauna and cultural identity of the Maremma, as well as the origin of our grapes. This wine stands out for its strong territorial character, ease of drinking and extraordinary versatility.
GRAPEVINE: A blend mainly composed of Syrah, enhanced by Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
TASTING NOTES:
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: InSoglio del Cinghiale pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes. It is recommended to be paired with grilled red meats, knife-beaten raw meat, noodles with meat sauce, and aged cheeses.
