Harvest Diary 2019

An excellent vintage, characterized by high grape quality and good yields. Climatic conditions, with mild winters and abundant spring rains, favored optimal ripening of the grapes. The harvest began on August 19, slightly later than the average of recent years, with grapes in excellent turgidity.

• Perlage: Fine and elegant, in harmony with the style of Bellavista Brut.
• Color: Bright yellow with light golden hues, crystal clear with extremely fine bubbles.
• Nose: Intense and rich bouquet with ripe tropical fruit (mango and papaya), floral notes, Mediterranean herbs, small pastries, tea leaves and nuts.
