Perfect weather conditions favored optimal grape ripening, with an ideal temperature range during September, culminating in a harvest that took place on September 29.
• Vinification and Aging: The carefully selected grapes underwent a destemming and crushing process upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation was masterfully conducted for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of maximum 30 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation completed before winter. The wine then matured for at least 12 months in oak barrels, thus acquiring complexity and structure. The subsequent period of bottle aging further refined its qualities, preparing it for market release.
