Récoltant Manipulant (R.M.) in the Côte des Blancs in AVIZE, Agrapart’s terroirs lie mainly on Grands Crus planted with Chardonnay grapes. White grapes harvested and crushed by the winery itself. The vigneronne’s approach is natural. The vineyard soils have always been maintained by plowing, and each year they lay down a mixture of local ingredients in the vineyard. The biological life of soils generates vineyard health and productivity. Agrapart Champagnes are neither clarified nor filtered. Bottling is done at the estate and remuage is by hand.
